National Urban League (NUL): Founded in 1910, the National Urban League is a historic civil rights organization focused on economic empowerment, equality, and social justice for African Americans and other underserved groups. It works both nationally and locally to elevate living standards through education, job training, housing, community development, entrepreneurship, health, and quality of life initiatives, serving over two million people annually across 90 affiliates in 37 states and the District of Columbia​.
